How quickly can you deliver a valuation?
Thanks to our efficient approach, we deliver valuation reports faster than average. We aim to deliver the report within 2–4 days. By arrangement, an expedited request is possible, with delivery within a maximum of two working days.
How does the valuation process work?
After receiving your request, we often schedule the appointment on the same day. We then carefully prepare the valuation, and you will receive the report digitally within the agreed timeframe.
What is a valuation report and why do I need one?
A valuation report is an official document that determines the value of your property. It is essential for mortgage applications, insurance purposes, and sales transactions.
Are your valuation reports accepted by banks?
Yes. Our valuation reports are NWWI-certified and meet the requirements of lenders and financial institutions.
Will I receive the report digitally?
Yes. The valuation report is delivered digitally via the NWWI portal.
Can you provide a valuation including renovation specifications?
Yes. We can prepare a valuation including renovation specifications.
An additional fee applies.
What does a valuation cost?
A standard valuation costs €850 including VAT. A valuation including renovation specifications is €100 extra.
An expedited request (delivery within a maximum of two working days) also carries a surcharge of €100.
Are there any additional costs?
No. We use fixed and transparent rates, so you know exactly what to expect in advance.
